The City of Eagle is honoring veterans, active military and their families at our annual Veterans Day Breakfast on Saturday, November 12th, 2022, from 7 am to 11am at our Community Hall in Eagle (660 E Civic Lane, south side building entrance). Beginning at 7am, District 5 VFW Honor Guard will present the colors and there will be a missing soldier tribute before we serve a hot breakfast. During the breakfast and socializing, volunteers from the Eagle Family History Center will assist interested guests in preserving their photos, written and/or oral stories for free on FamilySearch.org. At 10:30am, the Orville Jackson Post 127 American Legion will lead the U.S. Flag Retirement and Disposal Ceremony. The event is free and open to the public.
