City of Eagle coronavirus hotline expands services

The City of Eagle is modifying its coronavirus hotline. While previously the hotline was being used to connect at-risk people with volunteers willing to run errands for them, we are now opening up the hotline to anyone who needs help or who has questions about the new city and statewide coronavirus policies.

Our hotline staff will still help match people in need with volunteers offering help, but can also direct people to unemployment resources, small business loan information, and find answers to other policy-related questions.

The hotline number and hours remain the same, 208-489-8763, open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please note this line is not intended for medical advice or questions. For those matters please call Central District Health’s Coronavirus Information Call Center at 208-321-2222 (open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday).

This line is also not equipped to handle emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.
