Eagle Waives Temporary Signage Regulations due to Stay at Home Order

Attention Eagle Businesses: The City of Eagle is waiving regulations on temporary signage for 30 days, due to the State of Idaho’s Stay at Home Order. The Stay at Home Order forces non-essential businesses to close. Restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. may only offer takeout, delivery, or drive-through service.  In light of this order, Eagle Businesses are allowed to post temporary signage to communicate a closure or modification of operations, hours, or services. The stay at home order will end on April 15, 2020, unless extended by the Governor. If the stay at home order is extended, the City will extend the temporary sign waiver as necessary. No temporary sign shall block ADA accessible sidewalk requirements or violate the sight visibility triangle of any intersection as determined by ACHD.
