If so, this 5-week program is for you! In our fun and action-packed class we teach the fundamentals of 10 sports and introduce nutrition and major muscle groups to provide a well-rounded fitness experience. By exploring football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, golf, hockey, tennis, baseball, and track and field, we are able to give children a broader understanding of sports.
