Eagle's population increases by approximately 3.2 people daily (or 1.2 families a day).  Since the year 2000 the City’s population has nearly tripled.  The 10-year population increase in Eagle from 2010 to 2020 was more than the City’s entire population was in 2000 (11,085).   

This rapidly growing (average of 4.5% - 5% annual growth) local residential community currently exceeds 34,000 in population with median household incomes of $92,807 and strong and higher than average disposable incomes.
