City Hall has five (5) meeting rooms available for the public to reserve for non-commercial use only. Examples include non-profit organizations (educational, cultural, civic, or charitable nature), homeowner's associations, neighborhood meetings as required by Eagle Ordinance(s) regarding development, youth groups, and professional organizations.
Meeting room images and capacity sizes are listed on the City Hall Room Reservation Form below. Rooms can be scheduled Monday through Friday, between the hours of 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm. The building must be vacated no later than 10:00 pm. Weekend reservations are not permitted.
Non-Refundable Reservation Fees:
Reservation Fee: $50.00 per room
Cleaning Fee: $25.00 if food/beverages are to be consumed/served
