Utility Billing & Payment Options
The information on this page applies to City of Eagle Water Customers only.
The City of Eagle is pleased to offer an E-billing option for your convenience in receiving your monthly utility statement. Visit our E-billing site to sign up to receive your statement electronically and to schedule monthly payments if you wish.
You may use any major credit or debit card, sorry no checks. City staff will not have access to your credit card information or account password through this site. Card processing fees will apply. Account balances indicated on this site are updated several times a week. However, payments or adjustments to account balances are not immediately reflected. If you have questions concerning your account balance, please contact the Water Department at 208-489-8777.
Payment options through this site include both a one-time use or the ability to create a log in, save your information and even set up a recurring payment.
Customers who prefer to make a one-time payment with a credit or debit card through our Access Idaho Payment Portal may continue to do that at any time, card fees will apply. You will need to have your account information to use this link.
Options for Paying your City of Eagle Water Bill
In the Office:
We accept cash, checks and all major credit or debit cards across the counter at Eagle City Hall, 660 East Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho, 83616. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding all major holidays).

Automatic Payments from Your Checking or Savings Account:
You can enroll in our automatic payment program to have the balance of your utility account deducted from your checking or savings account each month. This deduction is scheduled to pay your bill promptly on the due date of the 14th. Please complete the Auto Pay (ACH) Application form and include a voided check. Completed paperwork can be dropped by the office, mailed in or attached to an email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bill Pay Services Offered by Your Personal Banking Institution:
Please be aware that these payments come to the City in the form of a paper check. The stated mailing time of 5 to 7 working days should be taken into consideration as you plan for a prompt and timely payment of your utility bill.
Payment Drop Box:
The payment box is located on the west side of the City Hall/Library parking lot next to the Library Book Drop boxes. Please don’t leave cash in the dropbox.
