Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on May 16, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:

PROJECT SUMMARY: A-13-21/RZ-19-21/CU-10-21/PPUD-09-21/PP-20-21 – Kingswood Subdivision – LGPD Utah, LLC: LGPD Utah, LLC, represented by Jim Perry with Woodbridge Pacific Group, LLC, is requesting an annexation, rezone from RUT (Rural-Urban Transition – Ada County designation) to R-2-DA-P (Residential with a development agreement – PUD), conditional use permit, preliminary development plan, and preliminary plat approvals for Kingswood Subdivision, an 87-lot (74-buildable, 13-common) residential planned unit development.
PROJECT LOCATION: The 38.81-acre site is located on the west side of North Linder Road approximately 1,430-feet north of the intersection of North Linder Road and West Floating Feather Road.

WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616. Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences know to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813. Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met.
