Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing May 24, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:

APPLICATION BY: Lincoln Swaggart
PROJECT SUMMARY: Lincoln Swaggart, represented by Jeff Beagley with Sawtooth Land Surveying, LLC, is requesting to vacate a portion of the emergency vehicle assess easement (EVA), and a portion of the utility easement located within Lots 56 and a portion of 65, Block 1, Renovare Subdivision Phase 2.
PROJECT LOCATION: The 4.34-acre site is located at the southwest corner of East Riverside Drive and South Stellar Cove Avenue.
