Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on August 9, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:
APPLICATION #: ZOA-02-22 – Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Amendment

PROJECT SUMMARY: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY IDAHO, AMENDING TITLE 6 “PUBLIC WAYS AND PROPERTY”, CHAPTER 7, AND AMENDING TITLE 8 “ZONING”, CHAPTERS 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, AND AMENDING TITLE 9 “LAND SUBDIVISIONS”, CHAPTERS 1 - 6; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
