Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing October 11, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:

APPLICATION BY: Thomas & Colleen Maile

PROJECT SUMMARY: PP-08-20 / CU-01-22 – Maile Meadows Subdivision – Thomas & Colleen Maile: Thomas & Colleen Maile are requesting preliminary plat approval for Maile Meadows Subdivision, a 2-lot residential subdivision. The applicant is requesting conditional use permit approval of their request to waive the requirement to construct a sidewalk adjacent to West Rush Road.

PROJECT LOCATION: The 5.21-acre site is located on the south side of the terminus of West Rush Road at 885 West Rush Road.

Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616.  Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences known to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813.  Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met.
