Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing on Monday March 6, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:

 APPLICATION BY: West Old Valley, LLC

 PROJECT SUMMARY: 

West Old Valley, LLC, represented by Nicolette Womack with Kimley-Horn, is requesting an annexation with rezone from RUT (Rural-Urban Transition – Ada County designation) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with a development agreement) for a retail and flex space mixed use development.

                  PROJECT LOCATION: 

The 7.97-acre site is located at the northeast corner of West Old Valley Road and North Linder Road at 4526 and 4648 West Old Valley Road.

WRITTEN COMMENTS regarding this application must be received by the City Clerk no later than 5:00P.M. on Monday February 27, 2023, to Eagle City Hall 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616.  Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences know to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813.  Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met.
