PUBLIC HEARING - CITY OF EAGLE
Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on March 14, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:
APPLICATION #: A-03-22/RZ-03-22
APPLICATION BY: Alscott Real Estate, LLC
PROJECT SUMMARY: Brian Scott – Alscott Real Estate is requesting an annexation, rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transition – Ada County designation) to A-R-DA (Agricultural-Residential with a development agreement in lieu of a conditional use permit), to permit an equestrian facility.
PROJECT LOCATION: The 20-acre site is located on the corner of North Eagle Road and East Beacon Light Road, at 3000 North Eagle Road.
