Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing March 20, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:
APPLICATION NUMBER: RZ-04-07MOD/PP-01-22
APPLICATION BY: Jordan Tampien
PROJECT SUMMARY: RZ-04-07MOD/PP-01-22 – Flats Sixteen Subdivision – Jordan Tampien: Jordan Tampien, represented by Clifton Trimble of Storhaug Engineering, is requesting a development agreement modification (development agreement in lieu of a PUD) and preliminary plat approvals for Flats Sixteen Subdivision, a 134-lot (118-buildable, 1-commercial, 15-common) mixed use subdivision.
PROJECT LOCATION: The 31.16-acre site is located on the west side of State Highway 16 approximately 1,290-feet north of the intersection of West Beacon Light Road and State Highway 16 at 3701, 3703, and 3705 North Highway 16.

WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616. Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences known to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813. Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met.
