Historic Preservation Commission Opening

The City of Eagle is seeking an individual to fill an opening on the Historic Preservation Commission. Priority will be given to Eagle residents; however, all interested parties are welcome to apply. Interested parties should demonstrate interest, competence, or knowledge in history or historic preservation and have experience in the disciplines of architecture, history, urban planning, archaeology, engineering, law, or other historic preservation-related disciplines.

Individuals will serve a three (3) year term. The Commission regularly meets on the second Wednesday of every quarter at 5:30 p.m. This is a volunteer position that is filled via the recommendation of the Mayor and subsequent approval of the City Council.

Those who wish to serve on the Historic Preservation Commission are required to complete an online Request for Consideration Form. A resume or curriculum vitae are encouraged. Request for Consideration forms should be submitted by Tuesday, January 26, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time (MST) for consideration.
