Eagle Community-Owned Fiber Internet Survey

The City of Eagle has begun a survey gauging interest in a community-owned fiber broadband network. Community-owned fiber will increase access to affordable, accessible high-speed internet across Eagle.

Eagle Mayor Jason Pierce said, “In this era, broadband internet is an essential service and public utility. Everything from telehealth appointments to getting an education and running a business can happen online. Community-owned fiber infrastructure will increase choice, competition, and provide a more reliable service.”

The City invites all Eagle residents and business owners to take the Eagle Broadband Survey. The survey is nine short questions and takes about three minutes to complete. The survey and further information about the project are available at www.cityofeagle.org/fiber.
