How do I submit a Public Records Request?

The City of Eagle has made it a top priority to make public records easily accessible to the general public, and thus is proud to provide several options for the public to utilize in obtaining public records.

  • Laserfiche Weblink – The City’s online record repository holds thousands of documents including agendas, minutes, contracts and much much more! 

HELPFUL TIPS: Use the search bar to find a specific term.  To narrow your search, click on a folder (i.e. agendas, and type in the desired term.

 Please logout upon completion of session LaserFiche Weblink -Failing to click on the “LOGOUT” button may result in access being blocked for up to 20 minutes.  

  • Granicus: Staff Reports, as well as, draft Ordinances / Resolutions / Proclamations can be accessed. These PDF documents can be accessed under the meeting date that the item is scheduled to be considered; Use the Search button located in the middle of the page immediately after the items listed as Upcoming Events.
  • Public Record Request:  You may complete out a Public Records Request form and submit it online or bring it to City Hall and staff will provide the items you are seeking.  Please note:  Idaho Code Title 74 Chapter 1 (103)– gives the agency (3) working days to respond to a request or up to (10) days if more time is needed in order to fulfill the request.
