PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF EAGLE Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on January 24, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:

APPLICATION BY: Gary Brookshier 

PROJECT SUMMARY: CU-15-22 – Fence Waiver – Gary Brookshier: Gary Brookshier is requesting conditional use permit approval to waive the open fencing style requirement for new fences located adjacent to arterial streets. 

PROJECT LOCATION: The 1.18-acre site is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of West Chinden Boulevard and South Locust Grove Road at 1557 West Hempstead Drive. You are invited to attend the public hearing and offer comments for consideration. WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616. Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences know to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813. Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met.
